Platinum Medical Grade Liquid Silicone For Reborn Baby Doll Molds

Description of medical grade silicone rubber for baby dolls casting:

It is a two-component addition organic silicone (platinum catalyst ) which can be cured at room temperature and also can be heat cured.

It is colorless or skin-colored oily liquid and becomes soft elastic material after vulcanization, can be used for making soft silicone rubber material.

Application of medical grade silicone rubber for baby dolls casting::

1)Make soft products,as sex toys, sex dolls, body organs; 

2) Body breast enhancers, bra pads, shoulder pads, paster, patches, antislip mat;

3) Human body shape, simulate robots, simulate props;

4)Simulate people,prostheses ,masks 

Operation of medical grade silicone rubber for baby dolls casting: :

1.Clear the model and tool totally before operation to prevent cure inhibition.

2.Take 100g of part A and 100g of part B and Mix them evenly in 2~3 minutes.

3.Get the mixed silicone into the vacuum pumping and de-air the bubble around 2~3 minuted .(if there is no vacuum machine ,

please pour the mixture carefully and slowly down the inside of the mould frame so that less bubbles caused)

4.Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water )on your products 

5.Pour the cacuumed mixed silicone into the model frame and cure it for 2-3 hours at normal temperaturet .It takes 30 minutes to cure when it is heated to 100 degree . 

Notice:

As addition cure silicone is platinum catalyst silicone which is very easy to cause cure inhibition , so please do remember thoroughly clean the model and tool before operation . 

Besides , please avoid the addition cure silicone contacting or mixing with the following material , otherwise the silicone won’t be cured :

1.Liquid condensation silicone 

2.tin compounds 

3.Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.

4.Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.

5.Pewter solder flux.

Storage of medical grade silicone rubber for baby dolls casting::

1.It is a kind of non-dangerous goods. This product should be sealed and placed in a cool and dry place which should keep from sunlight and rain . 

2.Specially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid.

3.Addition cure Silicone RTV-2 is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn which can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods.

4. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. 

It can be reused after reinspection when it exceeds the storage period.
